- After completing the Entry Form, a summary page will appear for you to check your entry. If you are satisfied, print this page for your records and click "Finish Registration." The person whose information appears in the Primary Contact section for this entry will receive a confirmation email.
- Please note and record your Entry Number that appears on the final page of your submission and in the confirmation email. Use this number in any correspondence about your entry.
- Pay your entry fee. At the end of the entry submission you will be able to pay by credit card through our secure PayPal account. Payments by check are also accepted. ($30 for all entries).
- Send three review copies of materials for non-Web site programs

Entries must be shipped by carrier that has traceable tracking
systems (UPS, Federal Express, etc.). Collect or COD shipments
will not be accepted. Entries must arrive at the J. Paul Getty
Trust (see address below) by January 31, 2010. Canadian and
foreign submissions must be sent Air Mail Registered with the
declaration: Free entry claimed under #724.12 (960.60) U.S.
Tariff Act. (For media competition). Entrants assume responsibility
for clearing programs through U.S. and/or foreign customs.
Collect or COD shipments will not be accepted. Entries must
arrive at the designated destination by January 31, 2010.

- Entrants will be notified of their award status via email in April 2010.
